Sleep: 3:45 am to 9:45 am.
My legs felt fatigued from yesterday's jog/walk. Both of my calves also felt tender, and my right knee joint was slightly sore.
Sleep: 3:15 am to 9:15 am, then 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Sleep: 4:30 am to 10:15 am. Nap from 7:00 pm to 7:15 pm.

I walked 0.5 miles on a treadmill, before running 3 miles at a pace of 5.4 to 6.0. I then walked 1.5 miles as a cool down. Both of my calves were very tender during my jog, but my knee joints felt fine.
