I cycled for 12 minutes on an upright stationary bike at 90+ rpm and a resistance of 4-6. Next, I walked 0.5 miles, before lifting legs.

I lifted chest and back. Next I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up before running 4 miles, then walking 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 4.75 miles.

Sleep: 4:45 am to 11:00 am (I tried to go to sleep at 3:45 am, but I couldn't sleep).

I walked up city creek canyon (3.625 miles), then I jogged down at about a 9:45 min/mile pace. My left calf and right knee joint were both moderately tender. Total distance was 7.25 miles.

I walked and jogged up to the top of the city creek trail (in SLC), then back down. On the way up I very slowly jogged about 3.25 of the 5.5 miles total to the top. On the way down I very slowly jogged about 4.25 miles of the 5.5 miles. Total distance was 11 miles (jogged 7.25 miles and walked 3.75 miles). On the jog down, my right knee became very sore, and my left calf was tender.

My legs felt fatigued from yesterday's jog/walk. Both of my calves also felt tender, and my right knee joint was slightly sore.

I walked 0.5 miles on a treadmill, before running 3 miles at a pace of 5.4 to 6.0. I then walked 1.5 miles as a cool down. Both of my calves were very tender during my jog, but my knee joints felt fine.

I lifted chest, back, abs, and neck. I finished by cycling on the stationary up-right cycle for 15 minutes at a resistance of 5-6 and 95-110 rpm. 

After dinner, I walked 2.5 miles around sugarhouse SLC.

I walked 1 mile to the treadmill at the gym, then I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up, before running 3.25 miles at a pace of 5.4 to 6.6. I then walked 0.5 miles on the treadmill as a cool-down, before walking 1 mile back home. Total distance was 4 miles on the treadmill and 2 miles walking to the gym and back.

During the run, my lungs and heart rate felt very relaxed, but at about the 3 mile mark of the run, both of my calf muscles felt very tender, so I stopped prematurely, to prevent potentially re-injuring my calf muscle. Growing old is very frustrating!

Next I walked 0.25 miles on a treadmill as a warm-up, then I jogged 2 miles on the treadmill at a pace of 5.4 to 6.0, before walking 0.25 miles as a cool-down. Total treadmill distance was 2.5 miles. I then lifted my legs before walking 1 mile back home. Total overall distance was 4.5 miles.

Sleep: 1:40 am to 8:40 am (but I woke up several times throughout the night that equaled 15 minutes. I also went to bed at 12:45 am, but I couldn't sleep), so roughly 6.75 total hours of sleep.

I lifted chest, back, abs, and neck at the gym, then I walked on the revolving stair-climber machine for about 10 minutes. Next I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up on a treadmill before running 3 miles at a pace of 5.4 to 7.2 before walking 0.25 miles as a cool-down.
