My left calf is still tender from last week's 4.0 mile jog on the ISU treadmill. I also hiked probably 0.5 miles up to the pillars and back. |

| | Sleep: 3:15 am to 8:15 am I jogged 3.0 miles on an ISU treadmill at a rate between 5.6 to 6.6. Most of the jog my rate was about 6.0 to 6.2, and my total time was 29:30. My left calf (lateral area) felt extremely sensitive/tight, and I felt minor sensitivity in my right knee during the first two-thirds of the jog. I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up. |
