I hiked 3 miles part way up to the radio tower in SLC, near the University of Utah.

Sleep: 3:45 am to 7:30 am, then 7:45 am to 10:15 am

I cycled for 12 minutes on an upright stationary bike at 90+ rpm and a resistance of 4-6. Next, I walked 0.5 miles, before lifting legs.

I lifted chest and back. Next I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up before running 4 miles, then walking 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 4.75 miles.

Sleep: 4:45 am to 11:00 am (I tried to go to sleep at 3:45 am, but I couldn't sleep).

I walked up city creek canyon (3.625 miles), then I jogged down at about a 9:45 min/mile pace. My left calf and right knee joint were both moderately tender. Total distance was 7.25 miles.

I walked and jogged up to the top of the city creek trail (in SLC), then back down. On the way up I very slowly jogged about 3.25 of the 5.5 miles total to the top. On the way down I very slowly jogged about 4.25 miles of the 5.5 miles. Total distance was 11 miles (jogged 7.25 miles and walked 3.75 miles). On the jog down, my right knee became very sore, and my left calf was tender.
