I walked 3.75 miles around town. Next, I walked 0.25 miles on my treadmill as a warm-up, then I jogged 2 miles at a rate of 4.6 to 5.2, then I walked 0.25 miles as a cool-down. The treadmill said that I burned 350 calories. Total distance on the treadmill was 2.5 miles, and total distance today was  6.25 miles
