I walked 1.5 miles at the Capital High School track as a warm-up, then I jogged 2 miles, then I walked 0.5 miles as a cool-down. My first mile was at a pace of about 11:00, and my second mile was at a pace of about 10:30. My legs felt okay, but definitely weak and out of shape.
